Each production lot is sent to an independent laboratory for HPLC-UV and ESI-MS analysis before release. The resulting Certificate of Analysis is matched to the batch number printed on the vial, and a copy ships with every order alongside the QR record.
Lyophilised material should be kept sealed, protected from light and stored within the temperature range stated on its Certificate of Analysis. Our Journal covers laboratory storage and handling practice in more detail.
Orders placed before 2pm ET are cold-chain packed and dispatched within 24 hours from our Tampa facility. Tracking is emailed as soon as the courier scans the parcel, and all packaging is plain and unbranded.
Because these are temperature-sensitive reference materials we cannot restock opened items. If an order arrives damaged, or an analysis discrepancy against the supplied COA is documented, contact us within 14 days and we will replace the lot or refund the order in full.
