3. Research Use Only Labeling Position

4. Product Testing & Documentation

Each production lot is analyzed by an independent laboratory using HPLC-UV for purity quantification and ESI-MS for identity confirmation.

• A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is issued for each production lot
• Certificates are available on request by lot number, and are published on product listings where available
• Each shipment includes a printed certificate or a link to the certificate matching the lot supplied

Certificates record the material as tested. They are not a representation of safety or efficacy for any use.

5. Packaging, Labeling & Shipment

• Products are shipped in Research Use Only labeled packaging
• Packaging excludes medically symbolic, outcome-related, or administration-related language
• Certificates of Analysis and Research Use Only disclaimers are included with shipments
• Shipments use plain, unbranded exterior boxes
• We do not supply syringes, needles, or any administration equipment

6. Communication & Customer Support Policy

Chemology RUO LLC does not provide guidance on:

• Dosing
• Preparation or reconstitution
• Injection or administration
• Storage for consumption

Any inquiries on these topics are declined and redirected to our Terms of Service and Research Use Only Policy. Support staff are instructed not to answer them under any circumstances, including hypothetically.

7. Enforcement, Monitoring & Misuse Reporting

We monitor for indications of product misuse and take appropriate measures, including:

• Canceling orders where the stated or apparent purpose is not laboratory research
• Restricting or blocking customers who violate our Terms
• Disclaiming responsibility for third-party content, including reviews, forums, and social media
• Cooperating with authorities where unlawful use is identified

Customers agree to indemnify Chemology RUO LLC from misuse-related liability as a condition of purchase.

8. Excluded Compounds

We do not supply:

• Controlled substances scheduled under the Controlled Substances Act
• Compounds we have identified as the active ingredient of an approved prescription drug
• Any material presented, packaged, or described in a manner suggesting human administration

Our catalogue is reviewed against this position, and listings are withdrawn where a compound no longer meets it.
