How Chemology RUO LLC processes, packs and ships research material orders within the United States, including costs, tracking, and what to do if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged.

All products sold by Chemology RUO LLC are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, or for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.

1. Shipping Coverage

Chemology RUO LLC ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address or jurisdiction where the receipt of research materials is restricted.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) once payment has cleared and the order has passed our standard verification checks. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We may hold an order for additional verification, including confirmation of the purchasing institution, research field or billing details, before it is released for dispatch.

3. Packaging

All orders are packed in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Materials are packed with cold-chain protection appropriate to the product, and each vial is labelled with its lot number so it can be matched to the published Certificate of Analysis.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order and the service selected. Orders with a subtotal of $200 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Any shipping charge is shown clearly before the order is placed.

5. Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. A tracking number is sent to the email address on the order once the parcel has been dispatched. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to update with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays, Lost and Damaged Parcels

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Chemology RUO LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or if a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and, for damaged parcels, clear photographs of the packaging and contents. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Receipt of Materials

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that the materials are being received by a qualified person on behalf of a laboratory, institution or business, and that they will be stored, handled and used strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption.

They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices or dietary supplements, they have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended for human or animal consumption. By ordering, buyers confirm they are qualified researchers purchasing for legitimate scientific use, and that they are 21 or over.
